For a while now our course participants have been asking if we were going to write a book or make an instructional DVD. Throughout the last six months we have been filming in some of our favourite foraging spots looking at the identification and harvesting of some amazing wild edibles. Of course these wild ingredients are no good without recipes, so we have been filming cooking demonstrations and creating some fabulous food. This little trailer is just a taster, the finished product should be ready for sale in December. It’s a rough cut but we hope you like what you see.

On Tuesday the 1st November Chris appeared on CBBC’s Blue Peter, foraging and cooking with presenter Rav Wilding.
Rav foraged for ingredients and together they cooked up some great sweets and a soft drink from the wild.
