If you’ve looked at my blog at all recently you’ll know that over the last six months or so, I’ve been shooting a project with Chef and Forager, Chris Bax. Along with his wife Rose, Chris runs Taste the Wild, operating from their 18 acres of woodland in Yorkshire, providing wild food and foraging courses to successfully promote wild foods as exciting ingredients to use in innovative ways.
The whole project has been filmed by my friends at Red90, and will soon become an additional wild food resource available on DVD. On any given day, I’m lucky enough to love my job, but when you get to spend this much time working alongside a group of wonderful people with whom you share both creative and idealistic values then you’ve found your perfect working environment.
