Sue, Geoff, Gary, Dan, Oliver and Laura joined us for a weekend of fab wild food.

We included all sorts of wild fruit, nuts, berries, greens and meat into the weekend. We made Pigeon and cobnut pate, roasted meat with wild herbs, made dessert flavoured with flowers. All sorts of cooking skills with a variety of wild ingredients. Thank you all for coming, we hope to see you again sometime.
